If an item is received and found to be defective it may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Our dedicated quality assurance teams check your items before shipment. Our product quality is guaranteed.
SuperScript Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address if that address was entered at the time of ordering. If you realize that you entered the wrong address, please email us at Info@superscriptwellness.com with the correct shipping address before your order is processed. Once shipped, we are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package. If not, then the receiver would need to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
If a package is returned due to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, (or if the customer was not home for delivery,) the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Upon inquiry, SuperScript Wellness will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Process of Return/Refund
We can only offer a store credit of your defective item if you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Make sure that your items are returned unused in their original packaging with the attached proof of purchase. We do not accept returns that are not in accordance with our policies and will be returned to you.
Due to Covid-19, in order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, SuperScript Wellness can reimburse you in the following cases only:
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (proof required).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is required).
Once your defective return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 weeks. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
